How heavy are your steel products?
Our single-glazed steel doors and windows weigh about 35-40 kg per square meter, and double-glazed units weigh between 50-60 kg per square meter.

What glazing options do you offer?
We offer a wide range of glazing options, including single, double, and laminated glass. Decorative options such as frosted, fluted, and tinted glass are also available. All our glass complies with New Zealand’s safety standards.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, along with the consumer protections under New Zealand law.

Payment Terms?

Pay the invoice issued by Eurosteel. For orders under $10,000 (including GST), full payment is required. For orders above $10,000, a 60% deposit is required, with the remaining balance to be settled post production before delivery.

1. You will receive shop drawings within 7 days after payment (larger orders may take longer).

2. Approve the shop drawings to start production.

3. After production (12–16 weeks), pay any remaining balance.

4. Your products will then be delivered.
